Yes. We are based in Shenzhen and work across China, including the main manufacturing hubs in Guangdong, Zhejiang, Jiangsu and Shandong. Inspections and factory visits are carried out by qualified inspectors under our supervision. Any travel costs outside Guangdong are quoted upfront and charged at cost, so you know the full price before we start.
Yes. We routinely sign mutual NDAs before any sensitive information is exchanged, and confidentiality is standard in our engagement terms. Your supplier lists, designs and pricing stay with us.
We invoice in euros against a fixed, written scope of work. Typically a deposit secures the engagement and the balance is due on delivery of the report. We do not take payment from suppliers - only from you.
Yes. We can tailor a lighter scope - for example a document-only verification or a single final inspection - so the cost makes sense for smaller volumes.
English, Polish and Chinese. You brief us in English or Polish; we deal with the supplier in Chinese and report back to you in your language. Nothing gets lost in translation.
